Refund policy

Refunds apply for products only. We accept product returns for store credit only within 7 days of purchase for products that are unused, undamaged, and unopened in the original packaging and with proof of receipt. Please note that Custom herbal products are not eligible for returns.

Simply bring your item(s) and your receipt to one of the Redmint urban sanctuaries and we will assist.
